Beggar's Chicken at Jugra, Banting

After 3 days 2 nights camp at PLKN Jugra, we heading towards Bukit Jugra in Banting for the famous beggar chicken. Beggar chicken is a dish that was reputedly invented by beggars in Hangzhou. Too poor to afford a proper stove, they wrapped the chicken in a mud pie and put it into a fire so that the heat would cook the chicken but lo and behold what came out of that was something that was far better than what they had expected. The beggar then became rich from selling this chicken specialty of his.
Let me tell you that eating here is a pre-arranged affair. The Bukit Jugra Beggar's Chicken Restaurant absolutely does not entertain walk-ins. You have to order your dishes at least 2 days in advance!
